Refund policy
Canvascript prints are made-to-order. Each canvas is printed and shipped specifically for you when you place your order, which keeps our catalog focused and our prices reasonable. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preference, or buyer's remorse.
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged in shipping
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect
- You receive the wrong product
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email us at returns@canvascript.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- We'll review within 2 business days and respond with next steps
For damaged or defective items, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. You won't need to ship anything back — just send the photos.
Refund timing
Once we approve your refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please email returns@canvascript.com.
EU customers
If you are based in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, email returns@canvascript.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Note that this right does not apply to goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalized. Most Canvascript products may fall under this exemption, but we will evaluate EU withdrawal requests on a case-by-case basis.
