Shipping policy
Canvascript prints are made-to-order. Each canvas is printed and shipped specifically for you when you place your order. Production and fulfillment is handled by our print partner, Printful.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be notified when it's available.
Production time
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–7 business days. Larger sizes may take longer.

United States: 3–6 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of the canvas in your order:
- Standard sizes (up to 24×36): $11.99 flat rate
- Large sizes (30×40 and larger): $27.99 flat rate
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking detail varies by carrier and destination.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window plus 7 days, please email canvascript@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and our print partner. For packages confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Damaged in shipping
If your canvas arrives damaged, email canvascript@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed may not be possible due to our automated production workflow.
